Class of 2027 Oregon commit Prince Tavizon has reclassified to the 2026 class, which is potentially good news for Notre Dame.

Notre Dame’s first commitment in the secondary came on Dec. 1 when cornerback Chaston Smith (Chattanooga, Tenn.) chose the Irish despite listed offers from Alabama, Clemson, LSU and USC.

He checks in at 6-2, 195-pounds, and has 32 listed scholarship offers. Along with Notre Dame, North Carolina, Clemson, UCLA, and Stanford are said to be among the teams he's most interested in.
