A man in Italy may have just built the thinnest car in the world out of a Fiat Panda. The car is only 50 centimeters wide (about 19.7 inches) and is powered by a small electric motor.

A vintage Fiat Panda that has been transformed into a 20-inch-wide electric car is turning heads online. Social media users are calling it everything from a budget car to a moving New York apartment.
