Click on the Page Layout tab on top of the Excel editor window. Under the Page Setup section, click on the down arrow icon below the Orientation option (the second option in the section).

Select the "Page Layout" tab, and click the "Size" button on the ribbon. The drop-down menu shows the paper size currently selected for the worksheet, including the width and height of the paper.

Launch Microsoft Excel 2010 and open the spreadsheet you want to edit. Select the worksheet for which you want to insert the page number. Click the "View" tab on the upper side of the Excel window.
