A South Bay family is mourning the loss of two of its members after a suspected drunk driver is accused of taking the lives of an elderly woman and her daughter in a Santa Clara crash.

The two women were leaving our lady of peace in Santa Clara with their loved ones when a car exiting Northbound 101 near Great America Parkway slammed into their car head on.
