I got a mono 1/8 inch to RCA cable and an optical cable. The 1/8Inch to RCA cable is conected between the PC and converter, the optical runs from the converter to the Receiver.

They're also pretty expensive: $15 for either the 1/8" to RCA or 1/8" to optical adapter, neither of which is very long (though they don't need to be).

With each cable costing about $15, the 1/8-inch RCA and 1/8-inch optical adapter make up for an investment into a better musical experience. It would have been nice to see longer cables, but ...
