The Danish drugmaker said Tuesday that pre-filled pens and vials of long- and short-acting insulins will see list price reductions. They include Levemir, Novolin, NovoLog and NovoLog Mix70/30.

Novo Nordisk’s price cuts will also apply to NovoLog vials, injection pens, long-acting Levemir, intermediate-acting Novolin and several generic insulins.

The Danish drugmaker said Tuesday that pre-filled pens and vials of long- and short-acting insulins will see list price reductions. They include Levemir, Novolin, NovoLog and NovoLog Mix70/30.

The prices for Novo Nordisk products Novolin and Levemir, longer-acting forms of insulin, will be cut down by 65 percent, dropping to $107.85 and $48.20 in their vial forms, respectively.
