Since 2018, existing Netflix users have been able to pay for their subscriptions with their Apple accounts. No more, says Netflix. If users don't make a change, they could lose service soon.

That feature is now locked behind the ‘extra members’ add-on – which allows the primary Netflix user to share their account with someone who isn’t living with them for a monthly fee.

It was a precursor to Netflix’s password-sharing crackdown, where users are required to pay $7.99/month for an additional membership if they don’t live in the same household as the account holder.
