Cook’s 32 years as a college head coach also include seven at Wisconsin. Since taking over the Nebraska program in 2000, Cook guided the Huskers to four national championships, 12 NCAA Semifinals appearances, nine Big 12 titles and five Big Ten titles.

Cook said the last two years has been the most fun he's ever had coaching volleyball, and he felt now was the right time to pass the torch.
