A recent ride on Mount Hood Railroad’s “Polar Express” in Hood River featured staff reading from the book that tells the story of a young boy’s fantastical train ride to the North Pole.

Mt. Hood Meadows will host its third annual Provide To Ride food drive on Tuesday, Dec. 17 which will offer a special deal for skiers and snowboarders while helping those in need this holiday season.

On Tuesday, Jan. 9, Meadows will be giving out free lift tickets to people who donate to the Hood River FISH Food Bank as part of their “Provide to Ride” campaign.
