Mount Rest Cemetery in Wadsworth was established in 1848. There is one Revolutionary War soldier, Henry Collins, and he is only one of two identified Revolutionary soldiers in Lake County.

The lawsuit says Alfred Phillips and Mount Ever-Rest entered into an agreement in 1954 for the cemetery to provide eight burial plots, four of which were to be used for Phillips’ immediate family.
