Microsoft keeps beefing up the new Outlook, though it's still lackluster compared to its classic desktop counterpart.

The new icon is identical to the Copilot one, instead of the blue and purple Microsoft 365 icon that’s used right now. Microsoft has been struggling with its Copilot branding recently.

Microsoft is toying with the idea of replacing the "Show desktop" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen with Copilot. The proposed change is rolling out to Insiders in the Dev Channel.
