Liverpool forward Diogo Jota has sadly passed away at the age of 28 from a car accident. Football fans have mourned the Portugal star who married last month.

Last season, Liverpool named a 22-man squad with seven homegrown players, and three of those — Trent Alexander-Arnold, Caoimhin Kelleher and young midfielder Tom Hill — have now left the club.
