LAKE WORTH BEACH — The Sixth Avenue South bridge, a major gateway to central Palm Beach County, has reopened after being closed for over a year for an $11 million in renovation.

Palm Beach County officials announced that the 6th Avenue South Bridge near Lake Worth Beach reopened Thursday. The $11 million demolition and reconstruction of the bridge started in February 2022.
