Trade supplier Keyline has opened a new specialist branch in Leeds following an investment of more than £1m.

India Business News: Keyline Brands, a UK based subsidiary of Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL), has acquired Soft & Gentle brand from Colgate-Palmolive.

In its first overseas acquisition, Godrej Consumer Products on Monday said it had bought Keyline Brands Ltd, a London-based consumer products company.

In addition, Keyline Industries will also be a unique manufacturer of Industrial automated machines for the security industry and home & building automation – through the brands ACS and Allmatic.
