Kanye and Ty are still riding high off the success of Vultures anthem "Carnival," which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in March.

West collaborator and creative director Aus Taylor posted “Vultures 2 en route” on Instagram yesterday, though he did not specify whether the album would arrive May 3.

At the moment, however, it's a must-listen. With “Vultures 1,” an album that may not be his best but still has commercial success, it’s hard to tell if Kanye’s power is diminishing.
