KU’s lack of consistency caught up with the Jayhawks in the season’s most important game. Kansas had multiple turnovers, some of which led to a 7-0 run by Arkansas that put the Razorbacks ahead by four with 1 minute, 10 seconds remaining in the game.

As the Kansas basketball team lost to Arkansas in the first round of the national tourney, it snaps an insane March Madness streak.

The Jayhawks kept it close for the entire game, even leading at times. However, poor efficiency and lack of composure in the second half, which was a reoccurring issue for the 2025 Jayhawks, ended their season.
