Around 6:40 p.m., Smack was spotted on Zoar Road driving a John Deere tractor pulling a manure spreader, which he stole from an outbuilding in the area where he was last seen, court documents say.

The manure spreader was being pulled by a John Deere tractor belonging to the Fuller Family dairy farm, police said. Walter Vasquez-Ramirez, 23, was driving the tractor.
