Even though this is technically a Valentine's Day flavor that would complete a romantic meal on Feb. 14, the Lava Cake Hershey's Kisses ($4) have been on store shelves since the end of December.

In an email to Elite Daily, Hershey's confirmed the Lava Cake Hershey's Kisses are a new offering for Valentine's Day 2019, and they're available in stores as of Thursday, Dec. 27.

The birthday cake masterpiece features the new Hershey's Kisses flavor (hello, Funfetti sprinkles) that's swirled with vanilla ice cream for a velvety, creamy, and delicious sip.

Hershey’s new Kisses are available exclusively at Walmart, and the suggested retail price is $3 for a 9-ounce bag, Aardewijn said. One serving size, about nine Kisses, tallies in at 220 calories.

I happened to be visiting one of these oases when I encountered an offering for 2018: Lava Cake Hershey's Kisses exist, and are basically the personification of Big Chocolate Energy.
