HERMITAGE, Pa. — A man from New Castle was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Hermitage Tuesday. According to the Mercer County coroner, the crash happened on state Route 18.

Tower Group, which had sponsored CastlePoint's formation, agreed to buy-out CastlePoint for about $490 million earlier this month. Tower expects to close both the deals in December.
