Step 3: Click Beep and Light. Step 4: Click Brightness under the Power Indicator section here, then select between "Bright (Standard)", "Medium", or "Dim".

While there is no blinking green light indicator on your headlamp, according to Milwaukee, when your battery power ranges between 25% and 80%, a solid orange light will show.
