To prepare the wallpaper, moisten the underside of the loose edges with a warm, damp cloth. Then brush a thin layer of adhesive onto the paper and the wall.
If the wallpaper edges are stiff, just take a wet sponge and soften the edges up and then glue then down. Now, use the primer that is my favorite.
Work out any air pockets with your squeegee. Once your wallpaper is fixed, use a damp cloth to wipe off all the water-soluble glue along the edges. This will also make for a fine finish.
