One person was shot and killed at an apartment complex in northwest Fort Worth on Sunday morning, Feb. 9, police said.

The family of 62-year-old Ricky Langs said he was on the phone with his cousin when the possible road rage shooting that took his life began.

Officers were dispatched to the 5400 block of Blackmore Avenue. The person who reported the shooting said their boyfriend was shot, according to a 911 call log.
