SAN FRANCISCO — Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA recalled thousands of bags of Our Family Traverse City Ground Coffee across the U.S. due to a mislabeling, according to the Food and Drug Administration. The recall says bags of Cherry Artificially Flavored Decaf Light Roast Ground Coffee was labeled decaf, but is actually caffeinated.

A brand of ground coffee sold in 15 states, including North Carolina, is under recall. "Our Family foods" recalled more than 4,000 of its 12-ounce packages, which are improperly labeled as decaf coffee. The ongoing recall affects "Traverse City Cherry Flavored Decaf Light Roast Ground Coffee."

More than 4,000 packages of Traverse City cherry-flavored ground coffee are being recalled for a labeling mistake that could be leaving some coffee drinkers with an unexpected jolt of energy.
