Washington State Patrol troopers found the car on the Deception Pass Bridge, but the husband, a 41-year-old Anacortes man, was not located. As of Wednesday, he still had not been found.

A 40-year-old Oak Harbor man was taken into custody Thursday near the Deception Pass Bridge after allegedly threatening an 8-year-old girl and her dog.
