The Texas Senate passed a bill Wednesday that would outlaw the sale of THC, following efforts by Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick to crack down on the booming hemp industry in the state.  "Let me make it clear, there's a lot of issues we discuss between the Senate and the House.

Patrick says the measure will shut down the dangerous THC products business. The House’s proposal would tighten oversight of the industry without a full ban.
