CHEYENNE — The new owners of the Cloud 9 Restaurant and Bar want to recapture the atmosphere familiar to the original patrons.

The balance owed by Cloud 9 is about $9,000, said Mark Crawford, airport authority spokesman. Crawford added that airport managers are working with the City Attorney's Office to recover the money.
