St. John residents had the opportunity Wednesday to see first-hand the progress of the National Park Services’ initial efforts to clean up and assess the former Caneel Bay Resort.

Lawyers for the federal government are urging a judge to resolve the dispute over ownership of Caneel Bay Resort on St. John before an existing agreement expires Saturday.
