Defensive end Calais Campbell agreed to rejoin the team that drafted him on April 1. He officially signed his one-year deal on Thursday and spoke to reporters.

Calais Campbell will return to the Arizona Cardinals for his 18th season in the NFL after he signed a one-year, $5.5 million contract with the team this offseason. Campbell spent the first nine seasons of his career with the Cardinals before leaving for the Jacksonville Jaguars as a free agent in 2017.

Entering his 18th NFL campaign, Calais Campbell is feeling nostalgic in his return Arizona and still feels "dominant" as he enters his age-39 season.
