TAMPA — When Hurricane Milton shredded Tropicana Field’s roof last fall, it made Rays home games susceptible to Florida’s summer weather for the first time in franchise history. On Sunday afternoon at Steinbrenner Field, the elements made themselves known with a signature Floridian combination.
