After a loss to the Brooklyn Nets on March 10, Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves called himself out for his own poor shooting in the defeat, saying that he needs to "play better." Since that loss, Reaves has scored at least 28 points in four straight games—including two 30-point games in that span—while shooting 52.9% from the field.

Austin Reaves said the Los Angeles Lakers want to return the favor against the Denver Nuggets in their rematch.

Luka Dončić and LeBron James may get most of the credit, but the Lakers wouldn't be serious contenders without Austin Reaves, too.
