Rebecca Marodi, a Cal Fire captain stationed in Riverside County, was found stabbed to death inside of her own home in Ramona on Monday evening, authorities said.

Deputies from the San Diego Sheriff's Office found Rebecca Marodi, 49, in her home with multiple stab wounds on Monday. She died at the scene.

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office says they have identified Yolanda Marodi, also known as Yolanda Olenjniczak, as a suspect. Olenjniczak is described as a 53-year-old woman with brown hair, 5'2" and about 166 lbs.
