Wings-Fever returning to AAC, setting up Caitlin Clark vs. Paige Bueckers in Dallas
Women’s basketball fans who missed a chance to see Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers clash in Dallas will get another opportunity. The Dallas Wings have moved their Aug. 1 matchup against Clark and the Indiana Fever to American Airlines Center, the team announced Monday.
Wings could get All-Star help back against Caitlin Clark, Indiana Fever
Getting Ogunbowale back for this matchup would be huge. The four-time All-Star and former WNBA scoring champion was averaging 16.8 PPG and 3.9 APG this season before her thumb injury. The Wings also need someone who can help take the pressure off Paige Bueckers, who has struggled to score efficiently in the last few games.
Ogunbowale's absence has been due to a thumb injury, but Bueckers and the Wings received positive news on that front Friday.
