This is not only the lowest price ever for this model, but it’s also half the price of the least expensive MacBook Pro which starts at $1,699

But whatever the company does, the 13-inch MacBook Air is still a great all-rounder and a good combination of size and speed for people whose laptop is a purely portable computer that floats from room to room in their house rather than traveling for work or getting docked on a desk.
Of note, the four colors mirror those available with the MacBook Air, which comes in Midnight (black), Starlight (gold), silver, and sky blue. It makes sense that an iPhone Air model would align with the same options. Plus, black, silver, and gold are the most common iPhone colors.
