Caitlin Clark is not expected to be available on Tuesday night when the Indiana Fever resume their season at the defending champion New York Liberty.

With less than a minute remaining in the contest and the game virtually already won for Indiana, Clark was seen grabbing onto the inside of her right leg. She left the game immediately and was unable to return. The 23-year-old was also seen on the bench on the brink of tears as she covered her head with a towel.

Clark never missed a game last season while earning WNBA Rookie of the Year honours, but various injuries have already sidelined her for 11 contests this season - including the Commissioner's Cup fina
