Way Finders builds and advocates for a thriving and equitable region by improving the stability and economic mobility of families and individuals, together with developing and managing a wide range of housing to support strong communities. Way Finders is a nonprofit organization providing housing support services and community development opportunities to families and individuals in western Massachusetts. Way Finders works towards a goal to end homelessness by providing services such as rental assistance, employment support, first-time homebuyer classes, community building, and affordable housing development and management. Every family and individual deserves a safe, stable home.
