Ninnekah is a town in Grady County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 775 at the 2020 census, a 22.7% decrease from 2010. A post office was established at Ninnekah, Indian Territory on July 28, 1892. The name is from the Choctaw word, ninek, meaning "night" or "darkness."
