Which tour would you suggest? I'm guessing we should book in advance (we're going 31 Jul-2 Aug)..or can we wait to get at the port and buy the tickets there?

Hello, you may wait and buy your tickets at the port. We took the sunset cruise which took us to the volcano, hot springs, dinner on the boat and sunset at Oia. Enjoy!
Can I still join and go to The water if I can't swim?

The water in Palea Kameni is not that deep. According to our tour guide, in the hot springs it's around 1 to 2 meters deep. However, since the boat cannot actually go into the hot springs because it's too shallow, it would need to stop at the waters nearby where it could get to about 10 to 12 meters deep. So those who would like to swim in the hot spring of Palea Kameni would need to swim about 50 to 60 meters to get there. If you can't swim, I suggest that you just stay in the boat and just enjoy the other stops of the tour.
