Set in the soaring brickwork and girders of the former Saatchi & Saatchi garage, scene of many infamous warehouse parties; now houses new creative spirits in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and just a stone’s throw from the harbour. Hickson House is the home of our craft spirits distillery, set in the historic Metcalfe Bond Stores, The Rocks. Hickson House hosts immersive distilling tour experiences, curated cocktails and eats in our bar and dining room and spirits tastings of our award winning Gin. The distillery’s stills and barrels sit alongside an impressive bar and dining space, overlooked by the more intimate mezzanine cocktail lounge, the High & Dry Bar.
