Regina was raised in Southeast Missouri and moved to the Joplin area in her second year of college to attend MSSU where she earned her BS degree in business management and marketing. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa, School of Law. Bryan was raised in North Texas, graduated from the University of North Texas with his BS in education, and later graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with his Juris Doctorate. He also received his LLM in Tax Law from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
