Yes there is a car park sign posted which is very close to the beachfront, dont know the cost though. There is also some limited spaces on the harbour, dont know time limits or cost. There is also a small car park on the left just before you get to Parkdean Lochloy Holiday park.
You can wild camp anywhere in Scotland as long as its not on military property or royal property and must be more than a 100m of a property someone is living in
