Dr. Bennion is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and knee surgery and sports medicine. His primary office locations are in Scottsdale and Phoenix. He performs advanced arthroscopic, minimally-invasive and open reconstructive surgery. Some examples include knee ligament reconstruction, meniscal surgery, rotator cuff repair, superior capsular reconstruction, reverse shoulder replacement and revision total shoulder arthroplasty. Dr. Bennion has authored and coauthored scientific articles and book chapters on topics related to shoulder surgery. He provides sports coverage and orthopaedic care to area high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Dr. Bennion is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He received a bachelor degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
