Having been to the Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio so know how long I was visiting that museum. Trying to plan a good time frame to visit this museum as we travel through the area. Would 4-6 hours allow enough time to see everything? How does it compare in size to the one in Dayton?

Four to six hours would allow plenty of time in my opinion.

Is there a restaurant/cafe at the museum, or vending machines for food and drink?

There is a small snack bar on the top floor of the main building. There are information kiosks in tge main building and they can help you find what you are looking for.
