As others say the beginning would be ok with help, depends on the type of chair and whether its muddy, you could certainly get to where the main view is and then return. Another walk, worth doing is to see the Gloworms at dusk, that is a good path. Have fun .

Heaps of free parking plus a cafe and souvenir shop. Full walk around the lake takes about 90 minutes. Easy walking for all ages.
