Hi the Helford River Cruise operates daily from the Prince of Wales Pier, Falmouth, TR11 3DF, you book at the Yellow Kiosk only. Departure times are 11am and 2pm daily * Wednesday's departure times are 12noon and 2.15pm. All trips are weather and circumstances permitting. If the wind direction and sea state are unsuitable for the Helford River then we will offer a trip on the River Fal. In severe weather all trips will be cancelled. You can call 07977547084 on the morning you are planning to do the trip and the skipper will let you know what trips are planned for that day. The cost is £12 per Adult and £6 per child ( under 5s go free) we are dog friendly and offer family tickets and discount for groups of 8 Adults or more Hope this information helps

There is a solid handrail on the inside if the steps and the crew are there to help. The number of steps to go down will depend on the state of tide. If you call 07977547084 the day before you are thinking of coming we will be able to let you know What the tides are and what time trip would be better ( would have less steps to negotiate) Many thanks
