Sorry for the late response. I believe there are a few disabled parking spaces, much in demand, which I assume must be very close. Personally, I get the tram from Grand Central and the walk from the nearest stop to the entrance is quite short, but involves crossing the road (not busy). Please check with the various Birmingham websites but I understand there is no drop off / collection point immediately nearby as Broad Street is now a “red route” with no stopping allowed for motorists.
