Kindred Hideaway at the Colony II Resort at Oyster Bay is located within the Sunset Beach community in Brunswick County, North Carolina on the mainland just one block from the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway with beach access within 2 miles. Our villa was built in 1996 and is located on the second floor of the building. As stated in the HOA property rules and within our rental contract, this is strictly a non-smoking residence and pets are not allowed. Potential renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age to qualify for the terms of our rental agreement. The modern yet nautical, beach-themed décor make this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom villa an ideal place to get away and relax. Equipped with quality cookware, dishes and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your family or entertain guests and is open to the living room, separated by a wrap-around counter.
