A beautiful walk around a golf course. A few playgrounds for kids. Lots of water features/ponds. About a 1.5 mile loop. Well marked. Lots of people...we felt very safe.Full review by mtt1220

We stopped in here to stretch our legs. We walked around the path, found a geocache and admired the large beautiful trees throughout the park. Free parking onsite.Full review by Ashley P

We may have carry on luggage with us during the day of our visit. Are the lockers large enough to accommodate a small suitcase?

I would leave the luggage at the desk or with your Air BnB Host as the lockers are small and folks in New Orleans, whether Host or Desk Staff will surly help.

Cascade Stables is located in Audubon park on the zoo side of Magazine. They provide horse training, boarding, sales and lessons. I believe you can arrange a ride/lesson on the levee and through the park. Call (504) 891-2246. Also there's Equest Farms in City park. City park may be a better place to actually ride and is about a 15 drive from Audubon Park. Lots to do there!
